How to fix your PAN card photo & signature

• Photo too big? Set the target to 50KB (NSDL) or 30KB (UTIITSL) in the compress tool — clarity is preserved and nothing is uploaded.
• Rejected for being too small? Use Increase Image Size to pad it up to the required KB.
• Wrong pixels? Set a custom width to match 213×213 (UTIITSL) or the NSDL ratio.
